Warranties & Disclaimers
By authorizing Mt. Pleasant Tire to proceed with the outlined work, I hereby consent to and accept all terms of service provided. It is understood that any parts and labor outlined in the agreement come with a comprehensive warranty for the original purchaser of auto and light-duty vehicles, encompassing a period of 24-months or 24,000 miles, whichever transpires first, unless explicitly stated otherwise on this invoice. For commercial vehicles, 12-months or 12,000 miles warranty applies to the original purchaser, whichever occurs first.
All warranty repairs must be carried out by Mt. Pleasant Tire or through an authorized partner repair facility. If it is suspected that a warranty repair is needed, Mt. Pleasant Tire must be contacted before the commencement of any potential warranty repair work. Mt. Pleasant Tire will facilitate the warranty repair process and confirm the eligibility of the repair under the warranty terms. Failure to contact Mt. Pleasant Tire before any potential warranty repair will result in the forfeiture and voiding of the warranty.
The warranty coverage for tires adheres strictly to the specifications and procedures set forth by the manufacturer. Additionally, used parts are guaranteed for a period of 90 days for the original purchaser, unless explicitly stated otherwise on this invoice.
Acknowledgment is given that neither the company nor any of its employees bear responsibility for any loss or damage incurred to any item that has been added to the vehicle beyond its factory condition or left within it during the service period.
By declining any recommendations provided by Mt. Pleasant Tire, I acknowledge that I am waiving the center of any liability associated with the declined services. I understand that these recommendations are made with consideration for the safety and optimal functioning of the vehicle, and by declining them, I assume full responsibility for any consequences that may arise.
Furthermore, I am aware that going against manufacturer recommendations, whether in terms of maintenance, repairs, or modifications, also absolves Mt. Pleasant Tire of any liability. This includes but is not limited to, the use of non-approved parts, fluids, or procedures. I understand the potential risks involved in deviating from manufacturer guidelines and accept full responsibility for any resulting issues or damages to the vehicle.
Mt. Pleasant Tire affirms its commitment to quality service and customer satisfaction. While striving to ensure the highest standards in repairs and services, Mt. Pleasant Tire emphasizes that any pre-existing conditions or unrelated issues with the vehicle are not within its liability scope.

Pleasant Tire. While every effort is made to ensure the quality and efficacy of our services, Mt. Pleasant Tire cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen complications or unrelated issues that may occur post-repair. It is understood that the scope of liability extends solely to matters directly pertaining to the services performed by Mt. Furthermore, I understand and accept that an expressed mechanic’s lien is hereby established on the serviced vehicle to secure the outstanding amount owed for any repairs conducted. Vehicles not picked up within (3) business days after being notified that the vehicle is ready for pickup will incur a $75 per day administrative fee, unless otherwise approved by the service provider and noted on the repair order.
